No Boundaries Express is perfect for anyone preparing to run or walk their first 5K. This program will end just in time for The Maryland Half Marathon 5k on June 8 and/or The Pikesville 5k on Sunday, June 16.  This program is perfect for beginner runner and walkers or anyone who wants to get back to run/walking and get healthy!

  • This program is ideal for those who have no desire to run, but still want to be active and fit. The program is strictly walking and is perfect for the beginner exerciser up to the advanced walker who can walk 3 miles.
  • Learn To Run/Walk 5K Training Program - A beginner 5K program designed to guide you safely and effectively into running. Perfect for people who don't currently run at all, have a hard time starting with a running program, wanting to get back into run/walking shape or are unsure what to do to prepare for a 5K. This program starts off running 15 seconds and walking 15 seconds and slowly builds into run/walking more distance to the 3.1 mile 5k.

Location and program dates: Fleet Feet Baltimore Location: Tuesdays 6pm-7pm  (4/23, 4/30, 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, 5/28, 6/4) 

Class Format: 1 weekly coached workout. Tuesdays at 6pm-7pm at Fleet Feet Baltimore location

The Fleet Feet Sports beginning training program is designed for beginner runners and people that are currently inactive or minimally active.  The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5K. Along the way we’ll give you the information and coaching you need to motivate you and keep you moving, so that even after the race, fitness remains an important part of your daily routine.

The program this year is designed for those with little to no running experience who would like to complete their first 5K/10k road race or just walk and/or run to be active. We also have a walking-only program for those interested in building their fitness level before starting the walk/run program, and a run group for those who have already completed No Boundaries in the past. It is a ten-week, coached training program that includes a weekly group run. In addition to the group run, you will be expected to go out twice a week on your own. You will be doing a combination of walking and running and will get to the entirel 5K race distance at the end of ten weeks. All participants will receive a team t-shirt.
