The Fleet Feet Sports No Boundaries 5K training program is designed for beginner runners and people that are currently inactive or minimally active.  The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5K. Along the way we’ll give you the information and coaching you need to motivate you and keep you moving, so that even after the race, fitness remains an important part of your daily routine.

Training for your first 5K (3.1 miles) is one of the best ways to reach your goal. As part of the experience, program participants will receive the following:

  • A complete 12-week training program and calendar with detailed workouts provided
  • One professionally-coached training session per week every Saturday
    • Training session locations will be at Fleet Feet Sports Baltimore
  • Informational clinics on nutrition, proper footwear, and injury prevention
  • Weekly e-mail from the coach with tips, advice and motivation/encouragement
  • Dedicated support from the coach to answer individual questions
  • Weekly Group Run/walks available from Fleet Feet Sports on Tuesday and Thursday evenings
  • New Balance Technical T-shirt
  • WALKING program option available!!
  • The next No Boundaries Training Program will begin MAY 4, 2013!

Price - $110

Price with race(s) - $130/$155 (Must be paid at time of NoBo 2013 registration!) Two 5K's available... Do 1 or both!! Pikesville 5K on July 14 and/or Hadassah 5K/8K on July 28!
