It's time for you to set the bar high and see how high you can go. Whether you're running your first 5k or walking a marathon, we have a Training Program for you
10 miles? Half Marathon (13.1 miles)? Healthy Walking? Running on Saturday or Sunday mornings?

Some easy options to get your workouts in with like-minded peeps who are doing easy miles during the Brrrrrr... Cold.... winter Sundays! Here are the specifics:
- Pick your GOAL mileage
- Pick your pace (Run/walk ratio ... We can help you with this!)
- Sign up for your Goal Race (or just run/walk for the health of it!)
- Schedules for 10 Mile Goal/Half Marathon Goal/Keeping Healthy/Moving Goal
- 12 week schedules - (in case you are doing a half marathon/race farther out!)
- Weekly emails to motivate and let you know run/walk locations for weekly Sunday Run/Walks
- Cool Fleet Feet Mug to the first 36 signups
- Fleet Feet Pace Leaders/Ambassadors to lead pace groups (Pace groups will be decided once groups form*)
- $100 - for 12 week Saturday (10k/Half) Sunday Runs in 2019 - SIGN UP BEFORE JANUARY 1 AND GET $25 OFF!!
* Remember that it does not matter how SLOWLY you train... You just have to get out there and get the mileage done!! Many of our best TIMES in races have come from long, slow mileage!!
