We take running training programs seriously and NO ONE gets left behind!

We have seen lives changed from people making the commitment to take the next step towards better health.  Whether it's been being able to get off blood pressure medication, being able to battle back after cancer treatment, or finding the energy to play with grand-kids, our training programs have changed lives.  We offer programs for everyone - For those who are currently sedentary, those who are looking to race their next marathon, and everyone in between.  Come train with us - You'll enjoy it!

Program Start: January 27
Program Schedule: 12 Week Program - Sunday - 10MILE/Half Marathon +
Goal Race: Maryland Half Marathon - and/or ANY Spring Half Marathon

Description: Who wants to be a WINTER WARRIOR? Yes... we'll be training all winter long. Pick your distance, pick your race, pick your pace!) Training options for 10k - Saturday - 10 miles/Half Marathon/and just healthy walking to keep fit!


Program Start: Begins Saturday, June 16 for 6 months!
Program Schedule: Saturday Mornings from June - November
Program Fee: $179 - First Time Galloway Members - $129 - Alumni
Description: Come and join us to welcome Jeff Galloway on SATURDAY, MAY 26 for a meet and greet. He will also be with us for a short run around the store and will show us some great drills to use. The MARYLAND HALF MARATHON will be here as well to tell us about their RACE coming up on Saturday, June 9! Lots of FUN to be had for all!!

Program Start: SATURDAY, JUNE 16 - SATURDAY, OCT. 20
Program Schedule: Saturday Mornings from June - October
Goal Race: Baltimore Running Festival or any Fall Race
Program Fee: $110 - Race Fees Optional
Description: We are offering our WALK FIT program in conjunction with our Summer/Fall Training Programs. We will take you from casually walking 2 miles or so to a 10k (6.2 miles) - 10 miles or more. Coach Marie Smith along with Coach Shotsie Wilson will make your summer FUN and INSPIRATIONAL while getting in your miles! JOIN US!!
