Good Form Running

Good Form Running Clinic, is a FREE program created by New Balance.

This clinic will teach you about incorporating four main fundamentals into your workouts to improve running form, therefore running more efficiently.

These four points include :

  • Posture
  • Mid-foot strike
  • Cadence
  • Lean

In each clinic, attendees will run through drills as a group. Then, coaches will film runners to analyze stride. Finally, the coaches review the videos to help runners improve their form.
